THE FOOD
At La Collita we have a large and well-equipped kitchen where our guests tend to enter to ask for something or to only chat a while with us. 
The stays are classified as full board or half board, which can be changed if we are given notice.
When making the reservation it's possible to choose the vegetarian menu however our speciality is the traditional inland Catalan cuisine.

A good cuisine with natural products
Cooking is the job that occupies most of our time because we think that food is fundamental. At meal times the whole family or group comes together chatting, or making jokes. All this takes place round a good meal to help or create a better atmosphere.
Often, mostly in the evenings it is normal for people to chat or play board games. In winter next to the fire and in the summer next to the swimming-pool taking in the cool air, it's enjoyable to spend some time here that will surely be unforgettable.

The products that we use when we cook are of the highest quality because they are, as far as possible, our own produce.
With a lot of dedication, attention and love we manage to make simple but tasteful dishes that both adults and children enjoy.
There are many dishes that we like to recommend. For starters: pasta dishes, Catalan soup with large meatballs, "paella", or a fresh salad just picked from the garden. As main courses: chicken with mushrooms, stewed or roasted meat, and of course rabbit or grilled meat with garlic and oil sauce. For desserts: any of our small cakes, Catalan custard, flam, or good fresh fruit from LLeida. For the people who wish to celebrate a special event, we offer the possibility of a special menu that has to be ordered in advance.
